      Nothing much of benefits from this company.

      Cons

      Very Poor management. As this is a family based company, so the management - ceo is not taking the employee’s feedback seriously. They do come to office regularly.. like 1-2hrs a day. Then they will be disappeared. Employees are expecting to be obey to all instructions, no objection will be allowed. If there is an option to put, I will give negative rating to senior management.

      Store Credits, Your work is little risk, the brand kind of sells itself

      Cons

      Remuneration package is abysmal and the salary increment is also extremely sad. Senior management expects you to follow them, no questions asked. Some of them are rarely around, while others who are around barely know what they are doing. HR is very unprofessional and will hold petty grudges against you. Employees penalised for lateness by the minute, yet senior management get to come and go as they please.
