bad management. Bad HR. a lot of abuse and lies. there's a reason there are alot of negative review. beware. this job will affect you mentally and physically in a very bad way.
Cons
no work life balance. pay rise request was laughed at. i can keep going with reasons not to join but avoid. within your first 6 months you will see plenty of reasons to leave. join this company at your own risk. its disgusting to see how they treat their customers (dealerships).
