      Pros

      eCommerce experience. Opportunity for a bonus, but beware: the rules will change. The people who do the hardest work at this company are incredibly dedicated.

      Cons

      Led by "executives" who don't actually want to be managers of people. Lack of transparency from management. "Anonymous" employee engagement feedback isn't anonymous. Low hourly rates.

      Pros

      Photo shoots, working with the models and MUHA.

      Cons

      Leadership was extremely toxic. Mean girl high school mentality. Leadership are bullies. No room for growth and constant belittling. Mainly with Aras who I guess is now the CEO? Told me I sucked at my job and was bewildered when I told him I was quitting primarily due to the work environment. I literally got berated on the phone after hours because I was in the shower and didn't answer the phone about a PR issue that I had zero involvement with.
