Toxic Leadership - Marketing Yandy Employee Review

Leadership was extremely toxic. Mean girl high school mentality. Leadership are bullies. No room for growth and constant belittling. Mainly with Aras who I guess is now the CEO? Told me I sucked at my job and was bewildered when I told him I was quitting primarily due to the work environment. I literally got berated on the phone after hours because I was in the shower and didn't answer the phone about a PR issue that I had zero involvement with.
