      Learnings with few talented people in springboot and open source technologies.

      Cons

      Bad management and worst HR policies Very stingy mindset of mgmt. Not expected from a startup with this scale.

      Pros

      Challenging work. Good opportunities to grab. Very friendly environment. Less company side work like mandatory trainings etc. Only goal was to be Customer centric.

      Cons

      Not much perks outside of salary.
