Pros

Well free parking space, free cafe and really that s it

Cons

I was hired in Yapstone as underwriting I left my job for it because i thought was a good opportunity. The training provided was not beneficial I was abandon to my self and i could only relay on my colleague that not all the time could help me,I did not have even my desk at the time and the office was like a factory. After few months I was move in the other office in city Center in Drogheda and the office was share with some sort of European course, imagine i always arrive on time but we need to wait for the guardian to open the office or some colleague that have the key like a shop. But I did not complain because I need to work like mostly of the ppl who work for them. The funny it was that after 5 months I was call in a room from the CO of the company and a letter was give to me they fire me, why because of my performance. I do live in Ireland from 6 years and never never I was treating like this. In my previous job I was managing a pipeline of 4 million Euros and I reached all the time my target of 1 million but I'm not suitable for Yapstone,Where the job I did was just verify that the ID and the utility bills provide by customers was correct and in my native language plus .mmmm The management is just ridiculous and not human at all because instead of firing people they could talk and ask to go away but not they are so mean that want destroy you by fire you and mark as looser when you are not just because they don't like person who are smart and want understand the job I will never forget this horrible horrible company who destroy my life after a great carrier in Ireland because of them I think i have to leave the country

Pete Rowan – Vice President of International Operations & Global Customer Support We are in a 24-7-365 business where our customers demand best in class service from an outstanding workforce. We continue to invest in and build out our international operations centre in Drogheda, Ireland, hiring great people into a number of different roles within the organization. In the last 4 months alone we have increased our employee numbers in Drogheda by 75%, with a number of these people either applying directly through our jobs portal or being referred by existing employees. All new operations employees receive the same training which has consistently enabled the majority of our employees to be successful in kick-starting their career with Yapstone. We do however understand that the work we do for our customers may not always suit everyone, and at times we have to part company with employees, either through their own decision to leave or where people cannot attain our required standard of performance, even with additional coaching and investment of time and resource to help people improve.
