Pros
- Decent challenges - Employment stability - Low level managers and Middle management makes an extra effort to bring a diverse workforce in - Global company with a lot of cool stuff happening and a nice possibility to move sideways
Cons
- The big corp is stable, but some units goes through too much changing/re-org, which in general, is fine, some units have less than 5y, so it is normal, but too much change too quickly can cause a stressful time and harms that are difficult to heal.
