- Culture is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and supportive of each other. - Benefits are great too, plenty of subsidies, allowance, leaves etc to make sure your well-being is taken care off Honestly one of the best places I have ever work in. Would love to come back in the future and hopefully everything is still as great. *Note this is for the tech arm of Yara
Cons
Salary can seem higher or lower depending on how you view it. Yara is a agriculture/chemical company so their salary for tech will be lower compared to other tech companies out there.
