Bad management. They make up weird excuses to cut your annual salary increase, based on incorrect or fake information. They withhold information on purpose and will only make announcement in the last few days. They view people as number, targets and percentages, not as individual persons. If you dare to say even a constructive critique, be prepared for consequences.
Incompetent team leaders. Management favors promoting incompetent and plain persons to team lead position based only on seniority and boot-licking. These people have no idea how to be in charge of others or how to motivate them. They will continuously harass just to reach the team targets so they would look good in their manager's eyes. If they notice that you have better understanding of the job than them and you prefer to be creative and dare to question their (bad) decisions, they will make up fake facts and bad mouth you to the managers.
Low salary. Salary is fine if this is your first job, however it is borderline extortion what they pay for the required job. The other con is that you can't negotiate your salary nor your raise.
No career possibility. They will convince you at the beginning that there is a career possibility, but after one year (if you make it that far) you will realize you've been wasting your time all year long. They will set up the target's in such a way that 80% of the people could never reach it. This is what they will turn against you. I would recommend this job for no more than three months, by the time you can find a more suitable job.
