Things are always changing in this workplace for the better. When I started working at Yardi as a Auditor in Utility Relief I was promoted very fast to a Supervisor because I was meeting my metric, being productive, and following the directives. I remember a lot of Auditor’s getting hired for a permanent position without the hassle of sitting in a Panel Interview answering tons of questions to determine if the job is yours or not. I think its so unfair to many auditors that are Temp and have been with Yardi for some time now to go through a panel interview that makes people nervous.
