Pros

Not much positives working here as a contractor. Besides working by you're self or own team thats about it.

Cons

-No support from management. -Company has all the control and none of the responsibilities out in the field. -Company takes 60-65% from the contractors labour. -No benefits, rasies,training, sick days, paid time off etc. -Punished financially if you can't work the day of. -No support from management, just high expectations and tons of responsibilities.
