      Great co-workers and support, learned new processing systems that can transition to future jobs.

      Cons

      Very small company, so limited options for promotion to higher positions unless they expand further.

      Pros

      Not much positives working here as a contractor. Besides working by you're self or own team thats about it.

      Cons

      -No support from management. -Company has all the control and none of the responsibilities out in the field. -Company takes 60-65% from the contractors labour. -No benefits, rasies,training, sick days, paid time off etc. -Punished financially if you can't work the day of. -No support from management, just high expectations and tons of responsibilities.
