Pros

Nothing to specify. They just cash people who are freshers and need experience in industry to get their work done

Cons

No weekends, no particular work hours, working from morning 9 to early morning 3 daily, asking people to connect even when they are on medical leaves, cancelling leaves as required, if anyone talk against this, they will be asked to leave

Pros

At this organization, one year of experience truly feels equivalent to three years elsewhere. It’s the best place to constantly learn and work with the latest technologies. The learning curve is steep, but that’s what makes it so rewarding. You gain deep, practical knowledge across multiple domains, and there’s a strong focus on understanding things end-to-end. It’s not easy—you need to put in hard work and be proactive—but the exposure and growth are unmatched. For any fresher who is eager to grow fast and learn a lot, this is the perfect place to start.

Cons

"You must be prepared to work hard and learn smart, because as I mentioned—1 year here equals 3 years of experience elsewhere. That level of growth requires a lot of effort and dedication. This is the main concern: the workload can be intense. So, don’t expect a typical 9-to-5 schedule, and don’t focus too much on work timings. Based on this, you can decide if this environment is the right fit for you.
