Pros
Honestly, very little to mention. Only good part is having leaves in balance (though using them is another story).
Cons
E xtremely poor work-life balance. You’re expected to be in the office early, no matter how late you leave the night before. Leaving time is never fixed. Most days end at 10 PM, 11 PM, or even past midnight — sometimes as late as 3–4 AM. Despite such extended hours, you are still expected to log in on time the next day, failing which results in HR warnings. No compensation for overtime, no bonus, and salary increments are so negligible, they’re almost insulting. Leaves are discouraged even when you have balance available, especially during high-pressure delivery periods — which is almost always. Continuous workload and unrealistic deadlines are now negatively impacting health and mental well-being. Life has become robotic — go home, sleep, repeat. I rarely get to eat dinner with family, let alone spend any quality time. There is no respect for employee boundaries or personal time. It is truly disappointing and disheartening.
