Pros
Never have to do overtime, colleagues are nice and not ambitious, everyone is so laid back. Good for unambitious people.
Cons
Worked there for over 6 years, they never care about your growth and only give you one or two specific takes that make you unemployable for other companies. For promotion, they deliberately put so many layers and grades to give you slow promotion to keep your salary low.
