I am also a 10 year+ employee, and agree with what you’ve outlined here in terms of the great group of employees.
I recently attended our leadership meeting in Brentwood, and Glassdoor was discussed a few times. I am happy to share the feedback with the leadership team, as I feel they will be respective to the message.
