YipitData is a place with an amazing culture, and the people are talented and friendly. The company is growing rapidly and in a position to succeed in the long term. It's not uncommon for former Yipit employees to come back to the company, since they simply can't find a place with a culture that compares.
Cons
YipitData is a place for high achievers. If you want to have ownership over your work, contribute real impact, persevere through uncertainty and rapid change, and help build what will be one of the most important companies of the future, this is the place for you. If you want lots of structure and not a lot of ownership, most roles here are likely not for you.
