      -Poor safety practices and non-compliance with basic safety rules -Job favoritism towards people of a certain community -Inadequate training for new employees -Heavy workload with unrealistic expectations -Lack of communication and transparency from management

      Pros

      Lots of cool perks, like free food and back massages, and good training.

      Cons

      All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
