      Flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      Sr. Management is money driven only. There is no desire or concern for employees or clients. Employees have a dollar sign on their head and that is what they are worth in Sr Mgt eyes. RPO division is clearly not RPO but contract head hunters that are tasked to bill as many hours as possible without having to results.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
