Pros
Seeing as the company offers its service to many other company's, there's always plenty of opportunity to move. There's potential to build a career with Yoh if you choose or build a career with the company you're contracted to work for as well. You get to know people from both company's.
Cons
From my stand point it most likely all depends on who your client is, but management was always more worried about making the client happy than working with and standing up for their employees. I get that there has to be a certain amount of making the client happy, they're your client, but as a manager, you need to support your team and help make them better employees (i.e. - help set goals to move their career forward, help guide them).
