Pros

Office is nice, hours are flexible, and sometimes working from home is available. Some colleagues are friendly and great to work with.

Cons

This place also used to be called “Rap International” The workplace is toxic, they provide 0 insight into the business, and provide no training on their systems, but then they expect you to become an active contributor to the team, then make you feel stupid if you haven’t done something in the most optimal way. I was told that it was my responsibility to train myself to their standards, even though my contract stated there would be a full training plan in place - brought this up 3 times and was told it didn’t even exist. The system itself was entirely outdated, and very un-organised, which is “the way it’s always been” and there’s no intent on making a change. The management was abysmal, constantly micromanaging, and have no trust in their staff. They also refuse to take any responsibility for anything, and constantly put the blame on you if you question anything. There were numerous occasions where I was spoken to in passive aggressive and sarcastic tones. They had 0 interest in building relationships with staff, other than a select few who seemed to be part of a clique(probably the only ones leaving good reviews). I, along with others were made to feel like outsiders, and were often disregarded. There were times where I went months without speaking to my supervisor, unless it was to be criticised for something, but when I asked for any support they were not interested and I was told to “look on Google”. Every time I attempted to make a suggestion to improve the workplace for everyone, or even for my own experience, I was shut down and my opinion was disregarded. The salary in this place is horrendous, and the performance reviews are ridiculous and are entirely opinion based (management’s opinion), they almost make it impossible to get a pay rise of any kind and I personally experienced unfair judgment in this matter. There’s a crazy staff turnover, people come and go every few months, most leaving within a year, and for good reason too. I would strongly advise you stay well away from this place, especially if you value your mental health.
