Can truly say I've found some of the most competent and capable professionals concentrated all within a single company that made for a truly pleasant working experience, especially when working on tough projects. As a result, this is a company in which I've built lasting friendships.
Cons
Often a high pressure environment, often required to be quite aggressive in terms of salary negotiations if you're likely to get anywhere at all regardless of the value you're bringing to the table.
