Pros

Junior staff is great but that is pretty much it.

Cons

1) No real leadership: Senior management is the worst. Especially stay away from the Chief Growth Officer. 2) No real product: Their online platform does not have any potential to scale. They started the company seven years ago and they still operate in a tiny living room space in SF with terrible sales numbers. 3) They are trying to give the impression that it is a friendly cool start-up environment while it is really political. 4) In short, do not even consider interviewing here even if you are desperately looking for a job. You deserve better.

Pros

- Very respectful, open-minded management team - A positive working atmosphere and supporting each other to combine individual strengths towards a company's common goal - Amazing yearly team retreat event - Lots of opportunities to grow your professional experience, leadership and specialty - Work with amazing talented co-workers - Flexible hours and unlimited vacation policy

Cons

- Remember YouNoodle is a small startup with amazing people and lots of potential to grow but maybe it's not fast or big enough you think of big names of Silicon Valley companies, where you might hear about paying a huge TC. - If you haven't worked at a startup with lots of ups and downs before and you may think about a stable job where you can work only one thing at a time without any change, then YouNoodle is not suitable for you. - Even co-workers are great and talented, they can assist or help you in a high level but they are not your personal mentor and teacher to teach all your works. You should find a solution proactively
