Google has amazing resources YouTube is doing things at Scale People are kind and caring Work life balance is reasonable

I didn't feel engaged with my work I felt like the guidance I got was limited and that I needed feedback I really attribute my experience to my personal needs and I no longer expect to find fulfilling work in a corporate environment.
