Agile and scrum methodology of working for analytics team doesn’t work, causes so much confusion over who you answer to for work responsibilities.
Also, misleading job titles amongst peers...when I tentatively asked if I report into a colleague when my line manager was on leave, I’m accused of inappropriate behaviour towards my colleague...when I witness another peer ask the same colleague the same question, no problem??? Quite clearly bias from my line manager and what I would call discrimination and bullying tactics.
Finally, to be told by my line manager he has to ask people to keep an eye on me, and one more wrong move and it will be a formal disciplinary matter made a horrific, unsupportive and two faced environment which was unbearable and drove me out.
