Once you received the offer please do not accept it otherwise you will regret! If the owner doesnt like you and doesnt know how to play politics they will terminate you immediately!
Cons
Your working hard is useless, theres a lot of employees resigned and terminated due to poor management!! And they are scammers they love to work with illegal!
