Professional atmosphere of hard workers doing ABA with an innovative group preschool model. Truly dedicated team with fantastic leadership. Great pay and benefits. Beautiful facility, and parents who are supportive and appreciative. They live up to their goals of being the best through always improving.
Cons
Some staff have opinionated ideas of how things should be done, with everyone having a different opinion. The group model lends itself to coworkers nitpicking judgement calls that for new staff can make it feel like everyone is trying to be your boss despite being at the same entry level position. The place is a little high strung at times.
