There are no pros in the company all are holes. For every solution, they had a problem and the work times are strict, don't even think about the leaves.

There are two companies in Takeoff and Youngminds if they are requrting for takeoff( student project) just your carrier got stuck in that company for 2 or 3 years with no growth.

Good employees who knows what's happening inside company.

Extremely bad company. Student projects will be done by you. Hence, No value to resume. Bond conditions extremely predatory. Even the after bond. Exit date will only be provided to you after you train a student. Even the Background verification will be very bias. No PF unless you work more than 1.5 years. People who worked here for 1.5 years are trying as fresher in market.
