-Can’t get hired by the school I fell in love with because I had to signed a non compete to be hired by Young World. -The pay is a joke yet they are making bank off their employees. As a staffing agency you are their cash cow. They get paid X amount by the school to find you and then give you pennies to do the job. -No direct deposit -Sketchy PO Box and sketchy website, the business looks like a scam in general. -Multiple people reaching out using a personal Gmail account like it’s a business **Just go knock on a Catholic or private school door looking for a job. Cut out this middle man.** Word to the wise: If you’re an Gym teacher, Art teacher, or Music teacher, just reach out to the private schools around you. They are all in need of your service. This company will pretty much rob you blind by having you sign a non compete so you can’t be hired by any private school and get any benefits or better pay for a year or so. I would not work for them if I was you. It’s a headache.
