Clueless owner. Unreal expectations. Poor customer service

None at all. False hope. You are just a number.

From the start the interview was unprofessional and took place in a rotten container. I was promised full training yet I was thrown straight out on my own to knock on doors without knowing the system. I wasn’t even provided with uniform. You are hired as a number and that’s all Mr Tasker cares about. Even though he tries to fill with you false hope. I worked long days, was tracked 24/7, knocked hundreds off doors. You relied on window cleaners to be honest with cash flow and they wasn’t. There was no structure to your day. No team effect. And worst of all even if you pushed through they won’t pay you your commission. I have worked for many companies and I am ashamed to say I worked for Your Local.
