3yThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate and value your input as a former employee. We are always reflecting on the operations of YourHero and working on ways to improve and we appreciate the value you see in our mission and vision.
We are sorry that your short time at YourHero wasn’t ideal and we are sorry to hear that you had collaboration issues with your line manager which might have affected your whole working experience. Unfortunately these issues were never escalated to our HR team so we could help resolve them but in terms of getting some facts straight, it is important to mention that according to our engagement survey results of the past 3 years, in the “relationship with manager” field we score above 8.5/10 company wide and above 8.3/10 in the operations/sales department. Moreover, most of our employees are satisfied with the frequency of our employee activities which we always try to do during work time when the type of activities permit it and following the feedback we have received from our team members, participation in activities is optional.
Once again we’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future.
