The Diageo upper management team is really dedicated to making something else, bigger, better out of the company, very approachable and open minded and willing to accomodate employees' needs
Cons
Company desperatly needs a better mid level management team back to back, to assert Diageo's culture more, HR procedures such as job openings should be posted through sistem, structured training for new hires and ongoing "real" training - no presentations! - for current staff, benefits package needs improvement.
