Ytepp being a vocational training institution throughout Trinidad and Tobago has changed the lives and even prepared persons for the next level in their lives.That is a plus for me, seeing persons move forward in a positive way.

Cons I will always have to say is the organizational structure.It seems to be on the top heavy side and fresh ideas from new persons needs to be incorporated in order to gain maximum potential of these training institutions.

The benefits are satisfying overall.

It may be difficult for some employees to achieve promotion in spite of certification. Lack of motivation from management.
