You think you're working at a professional company, you sort of get trained in every aspect of the business, from photoshopping to answering phones.....
Cons
Overwhelming stress, outrageously underwhelming pay. You are expected to understand and meet every deadline, on the managements terms. They hire and "train" a new team every fall, during the intense school shoot season, and get unreasonably angry at those that don't keep up. I can not explain how unorganized and unprepared the office is, let alone the, must be illegal working conditions of the "office."
