Pros

It's a small company run by husband and wife. Good people to work for.

Cons

Well, it's a small lifestyle company. No real opportunity to advance. Pressured to get certified.

Pros

None really . . . free coffee I guess

Cons

The owner (CEO) of this company sent me to Tampa FL to train for two weeks as part of the onboarding. When I met him, while he seemed nice, he went on and on about how great he was and how great his company is ... and I just had this sneaky suspicion that any negative aspects about his company, he would hide from the onboarding. My suspicions turned out to be correct. I faced constant harassment and belittling from the team I was working with when they should have been supporting and training me. I also was constantly blamed for their shortcomings that I very little control of. I was forced into a situation where I had to depend on those above me to actually get important work done, but had very little power to actually do anything about it. It got so bad that I was eventually verbally threatened. To anybody interested in working for this company, I would have to advise them to proceed with extreme caution. In my opinion, there are some serious problems with how this company is run. Don't be fooled. Unless you like to deal with harassment, gatekeeping, and bullying like I did, don't waste your valuable time working here.
