Pros
Very close knit employee's, company has a family feel. Potential to move up quickly f you work hard. They won't use the schedule to mess with you. If you do a good job, it is a very dependable job.
Cons
Can't always pay everyone as much as they deserve because of the grocery business margins. Working for a small company means there are not as many opportunities to transfer locations if needed.
