Pros
Great people. The environment is set in such a way where you can easily balance fun with work. As a designer, I am handed tasks of PLENTY variety. Since this is my first job, this is insanely beneficial to my developing Graphic Design career. I am on a team that perpetuates not only my desire to design, but also my craving to learn more.
Cons
One time the coffee tasted kind of stale. It might have been my fault since I decided to drink it so late in the day. But the finger has to be pointed somewhere and I don't like being pointed at.
