Pros
come in at 8am sharp, leave at 6pm earliest. Work from home on weekends. Colleagues mind their own business which could be attractive for introverts.
Cons
Zero work life balance (be ready to still work and attend meeting on ur off days), zero employee benefit, they dont even have team lunch, staff allowance etc, what more bonuses. People who worked here for years get no appreciation, instead u get more workload. U get treated differently if you’re not the majority of the race in terms of pay and leave. If you’re a junior or non professional, your opinion doesn’t matter. Stuck in the same department for years with more workload. If you take leave or Medical leave, they’ll start interrogating and checking your social media.
