Bad management that's always biased and those who are favored by them gets all the benefits. People who are against them gets kicked out of the company through some sneaky schemes. HR practices are so outdated and inflexible. Low salary, doesn't do any salary benchmarking for many years. Management will overlook mistakes or incapabilities of anyone who curry favor. Whoever disagrees, your life will be quite difficult and they talks bad about you to others. Overall, not a company worth joining. No work-life balance.
