For me, it's really about the people who work here. The talent that Yuzu has drawn in is impressive and many of us have worked together at other companies in a past life. There's a good mix of backgrounds/ages of people and few egos which is refreshing. There is the opportunity to grow in your career here, both across departments and vertically.

The product isn't quite where it should be, but no one else in the industry has it nailed down yet either. Also, there is more room to invest in the culture (team outings, happy hours, etc.).
