      Very collaborative environment with strong teamwork! Leadership is strong and works shoulder to shoulder with team. They pay health benefits which is unheard of for small firm.

      Cons

      Very little to complain about we just need to keep growing. We will invest in more good people. Don't lose close knit atmosphere!

      Great place to work very helpful employee staff. The salary is very decent. The work is beneficial in your contracting career.

      There are no cons Z-Tech is a wonderful company to work for and I would definitely work there again. Great opportunity to grow.
