-Corporate managers make their appearance in the restaurant like once a month, stalking around, butting their noses into everything and criticizing everything (including people). Corporate treats uglier servers with disrespect and promotes good looking people with absolutely no management experience to supervise the restaurant which leads to favoritism. When I worked there, a manager was fired for sexual harassment.
