The CTO is very down to earth and brilliant, hands-down one of the best I've worked with to date, family atmosphere and pretty intense startup environment with very young and brilliant developers.
Cons
Some people like talking behind your back rather than approaching you directly to improve yourself; the average employee age is mid twenties so somewhat explains the lack of personality, directness and professionalism.
