The role was fully remote.

Cons

Training given was very minimal, with managers even stating they didn't know how to do tasks. It involved watching how to do something once then being expected to know how to do this for all use cases and nuances. Unhelpful support from managers/teams, when asked to provide additional support they gave none. When pushed on this they agreed to a training schedule, then did not provide any of this training. Was told they would always help when you asked - and when asked I often got no response for hours/days, if ever. One time I called the manager to ask for help to be asked 'is this urgent as I'm quite busy' . Unclear expectations, when asked for these expectations was given a list of tasks but not told when we were expected to be able to do these by - often told you wouldn't understand the job for at least a year. People did not have your cameras on, so was a very isolating role and it was very hard to build working relationships, when trying to learn how to perform the nuances of different tasks I was reprimanded for asking colleagues for advice as I was taking up their time. There is a reason they have not kept anyone in this role for very long!
