Worst Company to work with - SAP Basis Consultant ZEST Consulting Employee Review

I started working for Zest as a contractor in April of 2022. I worked for a second company who loaned me out to a third well known computer company. I was told by Zest that I had to be 1099 and paid by check or have a California address for W2 and receive $9 less an hour. Checks were supposed to be mailed within 6 days of invoice. That changed immediately. Now I needed a screenshot of every approval amd they had to match the weekly hours. I was paid for April and May late June with a second check in July. This continued. In October I was given six days notice by the sub contractor due to large company having budgetary constraints and layoffs. Zest did nothing to intervene on my behalf about breaking the extension. I sent my last pay invoice via email to both contracting parties the third week of October. Requesting approvals be immediate and between them. I have yet to be paid.

Your contract will be subcontracted. You will not be paid on time and wonder if you will be paid at all. Michael in accounting will claim check was mailed and give multiple dates of mailing. No check will be mailed. You will have to complain to Zest AND the sub contractors. .

This is a work from home job thats it But the will give you lot of extra work one by one.

There are lot. Unnecessary deductions in my salary they deducted 5,000₹ from my salary they only show the 2,500₹ proof but why do the deduct another 2,500 I don't know. Working hrs are 7:00 pm to 5:00 am this is a night shift. There is no carrier growth here . Company was founded in 2016 and have capitalisation of only 100000. As an experienced i suggest you to don't join this company and if every time you try to switch you should look for review of the company on ambition box or Glassdoor or a person working in that company if you don't you will regret.
