Overall good - CNC ZF Group Employee Review

This company may have increased its stock price but it was at the cost of its employees. Lebanon plant is worse than it's been in years thanks to current upper management and it's inability to recognize that the wage they are paying is not reflective of the types of employees needed to run a cnc shop. Turnover is outrageous and I have no idea how trw could possibly have a future with the incompetence at the top. They are making alot of money but trust me the well is running dry in Lebanon tn.
