      Innovative and interesting projects. Colleagues and management are kind, expectations are realistic. Work life balance is excellent. Flexible days and hours.

      No private medical insurance, office is boring, team building events are rare and simple.

      Pros

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Cons

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
