      1. Colleagues are good 2. Work/Life is relatively balance 3. Benefits are relative okay that`s all..........

      Cons

      1. Salaries for normal staff are way below market level but top management salaries are abnormally high 2. Investment on IT systems is a joke; mostly are manual work but the management is happy with all these manual work and they do think they are doing a great job.. 3. Too much politics 4. Company has No Direction

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
