      Pros

      When I start with Zim shipping the pay scale was pretty much in line with the type of work i was performing. There was some freedom to explore ideals in my line of work.

      Cons

      The management at zim shipping is very unprofessional. Favoritism was blatantly shown at every opportunity. Credit for work completed was give to others that had nothing to do with the work. Feed back from management was no exist, other than neg. feedback. Job description was never really provided. Often you would being request to do another person work, while they play around online.

      Pros

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Cons

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Pros

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Cons

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
