      Pros

      Work life balance, Good Management, Good Infrastructure, Flexible time to attend office, No dress code, suggestions and changes are always welcome, good place to learn for freshers as well as experienced.

      Cons

      Nothingto say, i did not understood why one bed review is ther? it might be from a failure person and he/she must be terminated for some reason.

      Pros

      You can learn to many things in short time here. Full freedom to do work as per your convenient if you are performer. They throw away if you are loser . Performer no need to worry even in downtime like covid losses and all. Complete team got paid with 100%salary for complete covid situation. On time salary.

      Cons

      No facilities like cab or canteen. Very less option for employee to relax them when work load is more.

      Pros

      Its small scale IT company, but the working atmosphere is very friendly. Management always pushes for learning new technologies. I would like to say a guy with 1-year exp in ZM is equal to 3 years exp in MNC.

      Cons

      Management never traces bad people or bad working people, which causes a result of a team as negative many time. Many people dis misuse of friendly atmosphere of management.
