1. Toxic, depressing culture. 2. Mental harassment by the senior ladies and receptionist. 3. Only managers are valued and only they are taken out for trips, no value for team members. 4. Marketing manager doesn't value his team at all his whole team is gone because of his unsupportive and moody behavior. 5. There is no career growth, you will asked to do the same activities again, you can't implement new idea and if you don't generate leads you are responsible. 6. Telecalling and cold outreach is defined as part of marketing here. 7. There are only 12 leaves not a single leave extra, no medical leave, no sick leave and you have to try hard to get leaves. 8. If you say the culture is bad a lady will come and give lecture in morning on that it is best culture and one haven't seen bad culture, feels like she hasn't seen good culture. 9. You will feel like you are sitting in fish market and not in office. 10. Believe me receptionist is given the authority to say anything to employees but employees can't do the same. 11. There is product team whose purpose is just to take follow ups and shows other figures in their report, they'll only come to marketing team at the time of report creation, the company started falling since this department was created, even they don't know what their role is.
